Mahesh Bhagwat inspects arrangements at checkposts

Rachakonda Police Commissioner Mahesh M Bhagwat on Friday inspected the lockdown bandobast and implementation at various checkposts across the commissionerate. Bhagwat, along with senior officials, visited police posts at Hayathnagar, Abdullapurmet, Uppal, LB Nagar and Meerpet, and enquired with the staff about the lockdown implementation.

“A large section of citizens are



following the lockdown rules strictly. If anyone is caught violating lockdown rules and coming on the road for trivial reasons, that will be taken seriously. Those caught for a second time will have their vehicles seized,” Bhagwat said. Hyderabad Police Commissioner Anjani Kumar too visited various places in the old city and reviewed security arrangements.
