BRS working president KT Rama Rao will participate in a protest organised by the BRSV at Indira Park on Thursday at 10 am.

The protest is being organised in solidarity with students and youth protesting against the Centre’s actions in New Delhi, and to condemn the police excesses against the protestors.

A large number of students, youth and BRSV activists are expected to take part

in the programme. The BRS said the demonstration was intended to show support for students’ movements and oppose actions taken against protesters in the national capital.

Announcing his participation, Rama Rao said the voice of India’s youth cannot be suppressed through force. He urged students, youth and citizens who believed in democracy to join the protest and stand up for the constitutional right to dissent.
