BRS working president KT Rama Rao lashed out at Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy over his reported remarks that he derived sadistic pleasure when the opposition criticised him.
He said the Chief Minister’s remarks were shameful and displayed insensitivity towards people’s issues.
He was addressing a gathering after inducting leaders from different parties into the
Kalwakurthy constituency at Telangana Bhavan on Wednesday.
Rama Rao said the Chief Minister appeared to draw pleasure from public criticism at a time when several sections of society were grappling with hardships under the Congress government, rather than addressing their concerns. “When the opposition is raising genuine issues of the people, claiming to enjoy such criticism is shameful and unacceptable,” he said.
