Welcoming the CBI court verdict in the alleged Delhi excise policy case, BRS working president KT Rama Rao said the narrative led to the fall of the AAP government headed by Arvind Kejriwal in Delhi. He said the BRS also became a political casualty in the process in both the Assembly and Parliament elections.

Stating that, just as former BRS

leader K Kavitha received justice in court, Rama Rao exuded confidence that all cases registered against BRS leaders would eventually be exposed as false, politically motivated, and fabricated.

He accused the Congress and the BJP of making reckless allegations, which were amplified through media trials designed to malign and mislead the public.
