KTR likens Revanth Reddy’s rule to Tughlaq era

Launching a broadside against Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy for what he termed erratic and illogical decisions, BRS working president KT Rama Rao said people had only read about Tughlaq’s rule in history books but were now witnessing it live under the Congress government.

“In the form of Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy and his administration, Telangana people



are now understanding about Tughlaq’s rule and his personality,” Rama Rao said while addressing media persons here on Saturday.

He said the Congress had come to power in the State by promising six guarantees and 420 assurances to the people. However, instead of implementing the six guarantees, the Congress government was focusing only on changing names and customs.
