KT Rama Rao Slams Congress looting poor, protecting rich

BRS working president KT Rama Rao launched a scathing attack on the Congress government, accusing it of looting the poor and safeguarding the rich.

He said the ruling party corrupted Telangana in just two years and betrayed people with false promises and failed governance.

Addressing a gathering of several AIMIM leaders who were inducted into



the BRS at Telangana Bhavan on Friday, Rama Rao said the Congress came to power by making tall promises, from distributing one tola gold, scooters for women, and Rs 4,000 pensions for the elderly, to Rs 2,500 monthly aid for women, but failed to deliver a single one. 

“They did not give gold or rice. They are looting the poor and protecting the rich,” he said.
