Hyderabad: On Monday, Telangana municipal administration minister KT Rama Rao opened the Rs 20 lakh "Palle Dawakhana" in Jillella of Thangallapalli Mandal.

With the intention of improving rural residents access to medical care, modern rural clinics were opened which are touted to be



the first facility of their kind in a rural area in Telangana.

KTR stated following the inaugural ceremony, "Telangana was the only state that was paying ASHA workers the highest salaries." The pandemic prevented the government from making the necessary salary increases for ASHA employees.
