The NDA has won 93 out of 100 seats in the Andhra Pradesh municipal elections held through ballot papers, according to Union Coal Minister G Kishan Reddy on Thursday.

He said the victory reflected public support for the alliance comprising the BJP, Telugu Desam Party (TDP) and Jana Sena Party (JSP).

In a post on X, he

described the result as a reaffirmation of public trust in the NDA and said the victory had countered allegations of Electronic Voting Machine (EVM) manipulation raised by the Opposition.

He thanked the people of Andhra Pradesh for supporting the alliance, attributing the result to its focus on development, transparency and good governance.
