Kishan Reddy Inspects Gadwal Railway Station

Union Coal Minister G Kishan Reddy on Monday said 95 per cent of the modernization works of Gadwal-Jogulamba railway station were completed. 

He visited the station and inspected the ongoing works. Speaking to media persons, he said 42 railway stations were being developed simultaneously with high-end facilities across Telangana, under the NDA government led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

In addition to providing better facilities to the passengers, they are being decorated with modern



features. Key railway stations like Mahabubnagar, Vikarabad, Tandur, Hyderabad (Nampally), Secunderabad, Moulali, and Cherlapally are being developed with international standards. 

Platforms, waiting halls, escalators and state-of-the-art facilities are being made available to accommodate the rush of passengers. 

The speciality of Jogulamba railway station, located near the world-famous Alampur Jogulamba Ammavari Kshetra, is being decorated with a special design to enhance local spirituality.
