Kamareddy Students Demand RTC Buses Stop at Their Village

Students from Lingayyapalli and Kotalapalli villages in Kamareddy district staged a road protest on Monday, alleging that RTC buses operating between Rajampet and Kamareddy were not stopping at their villages during school hours.
The students said they have been facing severe inconvenience as the buses fail to halt, making it difficult for them to reach
school on time.

One of the protesting students said nearly 50 students from the two villages depend on the Rajampet–Kamareddy RTC bus to travel to schools and colleges.
Despite the academic year having started nearly a month ago, none of the buses have been stopping in our village bus stop, the student alleged.
