A passenger train being operated between Kacheguda-Nizamabad railway stations will be extended up to Karimnagar.

Union Railway Minister Piyush Goyal will launch the service through the remote system in Hyderabad on Friday morning.

The train, which starts at Kacheguda station at 6 am, reaches Nizamabad at 10.35 am. It used to have a halt in the station till the evening so far. Henceforth, it will be operated up to Karimnagar.

The train (57601) will start



at 11 am in Nizamabad and reach Karimnagar at 2 pm, via Mamidipalli, Armoor, Anksapur, Morthad, Metpalli, Korutla, Medipalli, Jagtial, Malyal, Puduru, Gangadhara, and Kothapalli.

At 2.20 pm, it will return back from Karimnagar and will reach Nizamabad at 4.20 from where it will proceed to Kacheguda. In return, the number of the train would be 57602. The train service between Karimnagar, Jagityal and Nizamabad was launched on December 29, 2016.
