Jumat-ul-Vida, the last Friday of Ramzan, was observed with religious reverence and zeal under anti-Covid standard operating procedures on Friday in several Mosques.

Thousands of devotees offered Friday prayers at masjids as they are preparing to celebrate Eid-ul-Fitr next week. Ramzan is likely to end on May 13 and Eid would be observed on May 14, depending on the sighting of the

moon.

Imams and Khateebs in the sermons stressed upon Muslims to purify their souls through a greater dedication and prayer and being kind to fellow beings and help others in these days of troubles. The biggest congregation is witnessed at historic Macca Masjid.

This time the faithful were not allowed to perform prayers outside the Macca Masjid.
