Jagga Reddy booked for abusing inspector on poll duty in Sangareddy

Sangareddy town police registered an FIR against Congress leader T Jagga Reddy after a video surfaced showing him abusing Inspector V Shiva Kumar, who was on duty at a polling station in the 34th ward of Sangareddy municipality on Wednesday.

The police



registered cases under Sections 223, 351, 352, 132, 329, 191(2) read with 190 of the BNS and 215(1)(b) of the TEMA. 

The complaint was lodged by K Vinay Kumar, Deputy Tahsildar, who was deputed as a flying surveillance team officer during the municipal elections.
