JAC stages protest at Charminar against attacks on Iran

Protests continue in the city against the killing of Iran’s Supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, with the Telangana Joint Action Committee holding a protest on Friday at Charminar.

Scores of people gathered at Charminar after Friday prayers and condemned the killing of



Ayatollah Ali Khamenei and the attacks on Iran by Israel and the United States.

The protesters demanded an immediate end to the attacks in Iran and termed the killing of school children a barbaric act. A protest was also organised at Langar Houz by a group of people on Friday over the issue.
