Inter student dies by suicide In Kessara 'Exam Stress'

A 17-year-old Intermediate student allegedly died by suicide at his residence in Chiryala village in Keesara on the outskirts of the city on Thursday.

The victim was identified as Gautham Reddy, a first-year Intermediate student residing in SLNS Colony in



Chiryala.

According to the police, he was studying at Bhavan’s College. Gautham Reddy reportedly died by hanging at his house when family members were not around.

Preliminary inquiries by the police indicate that the student had been under stress after he was unable to write three of his examinations properly.
