Indrakaran Reddy announces TS Govt plans to sell Rajiv Swagruha flats at subsidised rates

Housing Minister A Indrakaran Reddy on Monday responded to a question raised regarding the Rajiv Swagruha Corporation flats during Question Hour in Legislative Council.

He said that the government has issued instructions to sell flats constructed by the Rajiv Swagruha Corporation at a subsidized rate of Rs 1900 per

sft.

Explaining further, the Minister said that 2240 flats will be sold at Bandlaguda and 1470 at Pocharam townships at subsidized rates on first come first serve basis.

He added that all the employees including government teachers who are working with Telangana would be eligible to purchase these flats.

iam working in nhm scheme role as a pharmacist .iam eligible or not sold in subsidary scheme.how to sold the flat please send the details....... thanking you sir
