IMD Issues Cold Wave Alert For 11 Districts of Telangana

India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a cold wave alert for 11 districts of Telangana for today. 

Met officials informed that cold wave conditions are very likely to prevail at isolated pockets in Adilabad, Kumaram Bheem Asifabad, Mancherial, Nirmal, Warangal, Hanamkonda, Jangaon, Siddipet, Sangareddy, Medak and



Kamareddy districts today.

They further informed that fog or misty conditions are very likely to prevail during morning hours, and hazy conditions are very likely to prevail during night hours. 

The minimum temperatures are likely to be below normal by 2 -3 degrees Celsius during the next two days.
