Emmadi (Immadi) Ravi, the former administrator of the piracy website iBomma, known as iBomma Ravi, approached the Nampally courts seeking to unfreeze his bank accounts.

He filed a petition requesting that the funds frozen in connection with the case be released. Ravi was arrested earlier in the iBomma piracy case and was subsequently released on bail. As part of the investigation, police had seized his

bank accounts and property deposits.

In his petition, Ravi told the court that the freezing of his bank accounts has caused him severe financial hardship, making it difficult for him to support his family.

He has requested the court to unfreeze Rs 3 crore held across his accounts. The case is scheduled to be heard today at the 9th Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Court in Nampally.
