HYDRAA, GHMC And Collector Inspect Necklace Road Building Project Over FTL

Authorities cracking down on constructions within the full tank level (FTL) of Hussainsagar inspected the ‘Bliss by Pradeep Constructions’ project near the Necklace Road MMTS station on Monday, following complaints that the building had come up within the lake's FTL limits. 

The joint inspection was led by Hyderabad collector Dr Priyanka Ala, HYDRAA commissioner A.V. Ranganath and GHMC commissioner R.V. Karnan. Officials inspected the project site after the irrigation department complained that construction was being carried out without obtaining



its permission.

During the inspection, the irrigation department authorities informed that they had not granted any approval for the construction. Officials examined the site and reviewed the issues raised in the complaint. 

The officials said a detailed inquiry would now be conducted and said relevant records and permissions related to the project will be examined before any further action is taken. They stated that the next course of action would depend on the findings of the investigation and verification of official records.
