The Hyderabad Traffic Police conducted road safety awareness programmes, with a focus on commercial drivers and college students.

At a camp for auto, cab and tanker drivers, free eye screenings were organised to improve vision health and reduce accident risks.

Joint Commissioner (Traffic) Joel Davis stressed defensive driving, seat belt use, maintaining safe



distance and avoiding left-side overtaking. Jubilee Hills Traffic DCP Kajal Singh urged drivers to wear helmets, avoid mobile phone distractions and prioritise safety.

In a separate session at Sharada College, Ameerpet, DCP (Traffic-I) Avinash Kumar and ACP S Mohan Kumar advised students to follow traffic rules, practise defensive driving and wear helmets compulsorily.
