The Hyderabad Traffic Police has advised commuters to avoid roads leading to Charminar from November 6 to 11 in view of the expected rush of devotees visiting the Bhagyalakshmi Temple during Diwali celebrations.

According to the police, traffic congestion is likely on the Madina–Charminar, Murgi Chowk–Charminar and Rajesh Medical Hall–Shah Ali Banda–Charminar stretches.

Devotees have been advised to use designated parking

facilities, including Mufeed-ul-Anam School Ground, Sardar Mahal Road, Charminar Bus Terminal, Unani Hospital premises, SYJ Complex, MJ Bridge, Government City College, QQ Stadium and designated parking areas along Khilwath Road.

Commuters have been requested to follow traffic signage and police instructions.

For travel assistance, they can contact the traffic helpline at 9010203626 or follow Hyderabad Traffic Police updates on social media.
