During the month of November, a total of 6,923 residential properties worth Rs.4,904 crore were registered in Hyderabad.

According to a latest report released by the Knight Frank India, the preference for bigger properties continue to grow in the city with 17 per cent of these registrations being for properties



spread over 2,000 sft.

According to Knight Frank India’s latest assessment, residential property registrations in Hyderabad rose sharply by 25 per cent year-on-year (YoY) and 12 per cent month-on-month (MoM) in November 2025, while the total value of homes registered increased by 40 per cent YoY during the same period.
