According to Telangana State Development Planning Society, Qutbullahpur recorded the highest temperature of 41.7 degree Celsius while Narayanguda and Nampally had temperatures hovering at 41.4 degree Celsius. With monsoon getting delayed, the city continued to reel under hot weather conditions though the intensity had come down a little last week.

Despite it being the weekend and also the last



weekend before schools reopen, many families preferred to stay indoors instead of planning to visit malls and multiplexes for shopping or entertainment.

The average temperature in Hyderabad recorded by IMD at Begumpet on Sunday was 38.6 degree Celsius. The IMD forecast shows that day temperatures could settle at 38 degree Celsius on Monday.
