Hyderabad records season's hottest day temparature of 43.0 degrees celsius

Even as the Indian Meteorological Department has predicted thunderstorms across the State over the weekend, the city on Friday recorded the highest temperature of the season at 43.0 degree Celsius, which is four degree Celsius above normal.

According to the Regional Meteorological Centre, this was the



maximum temperature to be recorded this year. For the last five days, the city has been witnessing maximum temperatures around 42 degree Celsius with Thursday recording 42.9 degree Celsius. The nights too have turned hotter with the minimum temperature on Thursday standing at 30.7 degree Celsius, four degree Celsius above normal.
