The Hyderabad traffic police would begin a special drive from Thursday to February 7 to collect e-challan  and also to curb repeat violators ignoring the legal notices. The Additional CP (Traffic) Jitender requested the general public especially the e-challan violators to pay their pending challans immediately to avoid embarrassment.
“E-challan violators are given option to pay fine amounts at e-Seva/Mee Seva, AP Online centres as well as Netbanking debit/credit card facility through State Bank of Hyderabad and ICICI Banks respectively,” he said adding that they can also pay at the traffic compounding booth at Traffic Complex, Nampally. Hyderabad Traffic Police also developed the android mobile application for easy payment gateway for paying the challans and users can download the Android APK ‘E-challan Telangana’ through Play store, he explained in a statement.
