Reflecting the prevailing trends in property acquisition, the residential properties registration in Hyderabad during 2025 fell by 2 per cent year-on-year.
A total of 75,222 residential properties were registered in the city during the year 2025, as against 76,613 registrations in the
year 2024.
According to a report released by Knight Frank India on Wednesday, registrations being lower by 2 per cent, the cumulative value of the registered properties in 2025 was Rs 52,351 crore, rising 11 per cent year-on-year, reflecting a continued shift toward higher-value transactions.
