HMWSSB goes paperless with e-Office system

To improve efficiency, transparency, accountability and service standards in its offices, the Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board (HMWS&SB) has adopted paperless administration and launched an e-Office.

HMWSSB Managing Director, K Ashok Reddy, who launched e-Office at Khairatabad, said



the concept would be fully implemented in all the offices of the water board. The e-office system will enable quick resolution of files and also increase accountability in administration, he said.

The officials were directed that every file should not be received manually and be sent through the e-Office.
