The first day of HMDA’s five-day second phase online auction of plots in Mokila layout, under the auspices of MSTC, fetched a revenue of Rs 122.42 crore from the sale of 58 plots here on Wednesday. The first phase had also evoked a tremendous response.

Ironically, while the average yardage rate on the

first day was Rs 63,513, the highest bidding went for Rs one lakh per yard.

The demand for a plot is huge as the Mokila HMDA layout is in close proximity to Kokapet neo police layout, which is a stone’s throw from the ORR and RGIA in Shamshabad.
