IT and Industries Minister Duddilla Sridhar Babu inaugurated a new Global Capability Centre (GCC) of Heineken in the Financial District on Wednesday. 

Spread across 76,000 square feet, the facility will function as a global hub for finance, digital services, technology and analytics.

Founded over 150 years ago, Heineken is one of the world’s



leading brewing companies. Its products are sold in more than 190 countries, and it operates over 165 breweries across 70 countries.

Officials said the new GCC will strengthen Hyderabad’s position as a key GCC destination. The company is planning to create over 300 high-value jobs in the first phase. Employment is expected to increase to around 1,600 in the coming years.
