HC REJECTS ROJA’S PLEA TO STAY HER SUSPENSION FROM ASSEMBLY

The High court has rejected the plea to grant stay on the suspension of A P MLA Roja from the Assembly for one year. Roja had appealed to the High court to grant stay on the Andhra Pradesh Assembly decision of her suspension from

the Assembly.

The high court has issued notice to the Andhra Pradesh Assembly secretary for submitting the counter affidavit on the petition of Roja from the AP Assembly for one year.
