Former Minister and senior BRS MLA T Harish Rao said the people did not fall for the Congress party’s “juggling act” of guarantees, which was evident from the election results in Haryana. He stated that voters have closely observed the failures and false promises of the Congress in both Telangana and Karnataka, and this discontent was reflected in the election outcomes.
“The election results in Haryana clearly indicate a lack of trust in Congress,” he remarked. He urged the Revanth Reddy government to avoid engaging in revenge
and diversion politics. Instead, he suggested the latter to focus on implementing the six guarantees and the 420 promises with sincerity.
Harish Rao pointed out a growing aversion among the electorate toward the two major national parties, the Congress and the BJP. “Kashmir did not trust the BJP and Haryana did not trust the Congress,” he noted. He felt that both the national parties have lost the people’s trust as they deviated from delivering promises and genuine governance.
