BRSLP deputy leader T Harish Rao called for the reunification of Telangana forces, emphasising that those who fought for statehood with commitment and sacrifice must always be remembered and honoured.

Speaking at a gathering of Telangana supporters in New York during his personal visit to the United States, Harish Rao said the spirit of the movement should continue to unite people across the world. The event was hosted at the residence of NRI Lakshman Enugu in Long

Island and attended by Telangana natives from New York and New Jersey.

Recalling the role of the diaspora during the statehood agitation, Harish Rao said many NRIs extended financial and moral support, despite living abroad. He said several activists and supporters worked tirelessly with the sole objective of achieving a separate State. He urged Telangana proponents in the US to unite and support the BRS, which was the only party fighting for Telangana?s interests.
