Half of the UDF returned to pilgirms of Hajj 2010

Special Officer Telangana Hajj Committee told that the process of returning 50 pc of the User Development Fee (UDF) to pilgrims of Hajj 2010 is in full swing. He told that 50 pc of the UDF which amounts to Rs. 487 is being sent to pilgrims through cheques. Rs. 974 was charged to each pilgrim as UDF. He requested Hajj pilgrims of districts to contact with their respective societies and obtain cheques.

Special Officer Hajj Committee Prof. S A Shukoor told that in 2010 the then government had announced to waive 50% on the User Development Fee (UDF); as per the announcement, the Central Hajj Committee has begun returning the amount.
