Girl dies by suicide after harassment in Mancherial

A 17-year-old girl died by suicide after she was allegedly harassed by a youngster under the guise of love at a government college in Dandepalli mandal on Saturday.

Dandepalli Sub-Inspector Tahseenuddin said Boddu

Aishwarya consumed pesticide, unable to bear the harassment.

The youngster had reportedly been stalking her and pressuring her to marry him in the name of love.

More details are awaited.
