GHMC not to accept property tax between July 5 & 12

The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation has appealed to the citizens not to make property tax payments between July 5 and July 12, as the revenue wing is updating its database to incorporate the newly-formed circles in it. The number of circles has gone up from 24 to 30. New circles have



been given administrative staff also from June 2.

According to GHMC official, the GHMC has divided the circles basing on 2011 census. Homeowners in the new circles will be provided with new property tax identification numbers (PTINs).
