GHMC launches online grievances cell

On day one of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) launching online grievance redressal mechanism, 13 complaints were lodged by citizens pertaining to different aspects.

Among these, six complaints were property tax related, one sanitation related and two complaints each pertaining to town planning wing and engineering section. As a means to make it convenient for citizens to lodge their grievances online, the municipal corporation launched the Google meet programme from



Tuesday.

Citizens do not have to visit GHMC head office or zonal or circle offices for lodging their grievances. Officials will be available online through Google meet from 4 pm to 5 pm, said GHMC Commissioner DS Lokesh Kumar.

Citizens who wish to lodge their grievances have to log in www.ghmc.gov.in portal and click the citizen connect option on the homepage to access the officials through video call. Grievances can also be reported by visiting https://meet.google.com/poj-qrex-hzh.

LB Nagar Municipal area, Karmanghat , Green park colony main road footpaths are being encroached by shopkeepers and by putting. 8 to 10 feet shades and causing much inconvenience to pedestrians and vehicle trafficking. Authorities should take action to remove and NOT to occupy again.

I applied for LRS recently...but I paid 1000rs for online application and at the end I got a message like server not found..the amount was debited from my account..raised a complaint and got grievance id...but till date no update from LRS team..we r in a state of confusion and we don't know whether our transaction got success/failed..we r trying is reach through troll free number and through chat and through whatsapp also.. but no use and didn't find any clue..i request u people to please respond...

Sir i have successfully applied for LRS 2020 for my mothers plot at Cheriyal village kesar mandal amoumt debited from my account Rs.1000 but Transaction Satus FAIL. RAISED GRIEVANCE ON THE SAME DAY ON 21/10/2020 through support lrs Also 2 days back raised ticket but no response even cant check my status as its says invalid id. Hi Team, While paying LRS on Oct 28th 2020, amount got debited from my account and the transaction status is reflecting as failed .
