GHMC Commissioner Addressed Media on Year-End Review, Welcomes 2026

Addressing the media at the GHMC Head Office, R. V. Karnan, Hon’ble Commissioner, GHMC, reviewed the key initiatives and progress achieved during the year 2025, focusing on cleanliness, infrastructure strengthening, public health, digital governance, and citizen-centric services.

He stated that GHMC will carry this momentum into 2026 with greater emphasis on



sustainability, resilience, service quality, and community participation.

The Hon’ble Commissioner extended his advance New Year greetings to the media and all citizens, wishing everyone good health, happiness, and prosperity, and appealed for responsible celebrations, cleanliness, and collective efforts to make Hyderabad an even better city in the coming year.
