GHMC announces 5 Pc Early Bird discount on property tax for 2026–27

The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) has appealed to property taxpayers to avail the benefit of the Early Bird Scheme, under which a 5 percent rebate is offered on property tax for the current financial year (2026–27).

According to a press release, the scheme is valid if the



payment for entire year is made at once. In case any dues are pending, citizens have to pay entire dues in order to avail the Early Bird rebate. 

The modes of payment include MyGHMC / MyCURE mobile application, GHMC official website, respective circle Citizen Service Centres and MeeSeva Centres.
