Gazette Notification Issued Disqualifying Nagender as Khairatabad MLA

Telangana Assembly Secretary Rendla Thirupathi has issued a gazette notification informing Danam Nagender, Member of Telangana Legislative Assembly elected from Khairatabad Assembly Constituency, stands disqualified with effect from April 23, 2024 under provisions of the Tenth Schedule
read with Article 191(2) of the Constitution of India.

Consequently, the seat stands vacant with effect from April 23, 2024. The notification was issued in pursuance of the judgment dated September 18, 2026 of the High Court for the State of Telangana at Hyderabad.
