Fire breaks out at cloth showroom in Karimnagar

A major fire broke out in a cloth showroom near Tower Circle in Karimanagar here on Wednesday morning, reportedly due to a short circuit.

The fire originated at Kapila Dresses and quickly spread to neighbouring shops, including Vinayaka Enterprises photography shop and Canon

Large quantities of dresses and other material stored in the showroom were completely gutted in the blaze.

Alerted by locals, fire department personnel rushed to the spot and battled the flames for nearly two hours before bringing the situation under control.
