Following a complaint in the alleged killing of community dogs in the Yellammagutta area, reportedly by Nizamabad Municipal Corporation officials, a complaint has been filed with the Fourth Town police station, leading to the registration of an FIR.

People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals India (PETA India), in a statement here on Friday,



said that after receiving a complaint and supporting evidence of the alleged killing of community dogs in the Yellammagutta area, reportedly by Nizamabad Municipal Corporation officials, it promptly worked with Adulapuram Goutham of the Stray Animal Foundation of India (SAFI), who filed a complaint with the Fourth Town police station, leading to the registration of an FIR.
