Electrician gets electrocuted while trying to give illegal connection in Medchal

A private electrician was electrocuted allegedly while attempting to give an illegal connection at Athvelly village in Medchal on the city outskirts on Friday.

As per available information, D Lingam (50) from the same village was



trying to take an illegal connection from the electric transformer, when he suffered an electric shock and died on the spot.

On receiving information, the Medchal police reached the spot and examined it. A case was booked.
