Electric Scooter Catches Fire in Jagtial 'Battery Explosion'

According to reports, the owner had plugged in the electric scooter for charging when a loud sound was heard after around 10



minutes. 

The vehicle subsequently caught fire and was completely gutted. The owners expressed distress over the incident, with property worth around Rs.1 lakh damaged in the fire. 

The exact cause of the battery explosion is not yet known. Further details are awaited.
