Elaborate arrangements for Lal Darwaza Bonalu, says CV Anand

All necessary security arrangements have been made to prevent any untoward incidents at Lal Darwaza bonalu celebrations, said Hyderabad Police Commissioner CV Anand.

The Commissioner, who participated in the Shikara Puja and Dhwajarohanam (flag hoisting) ceremonies at the temple on Friday, said proactive measures were taken in



coordination with all departments, and the South Zone police have made special arrangements, including bringing in additional police personnel from outside.

He also stated that special surveillance has been set up with crime branch police and SHE Team units to prevent pickpocketing, chain snatching and eve-teasing during the celebrations.
