The Dr Ram Manohar Lohia multipurpose function hall located in Goshamahal was inaugurated on Friday.
Developed at a cost of Rs 3.92 crore, the facility was opened as part of Praja Palana – Pragathi Pranalika. Transport Minister Ponnam Prabhakar led the inauguration along with others.
The foundation stone for the project had been laid by former Home Minister, the late Nayini Narasimha Reddy. The hall
will be air conditioned with Rs 5 lakh from the local MLA’s funds and another Rs 5 lakh from the MP’s funds. For the Goshamahal division, Chief Minister
A. Revanth Reddy has allocated Rs 2 crore. It has also been decided that the local fish market will become fully operational soon.
Minister Ponnam Prabhakar and BJP MLA of Goshamahal, T. Raja Singh, inspected the works in the constituency.
