Disqualification petition hearing against Nagender, Kadiyam reaches final stage

The hearing on the disqualification petition against BRS turncoat MLAs Danam Nagender and Kadiyam Srihari is likely to conclude on Saturday. 

Speaker G Prasad Kumar will conduct the hearing from 2.30 pm, and Khairatabad MLA Danam Nagender is expected to attend the proceedings.

The oral arguments of Padi Kaushik Reddy’s counsel have already been recorded, while the oral arguments of Maheswar Reddy’s counsel are scheduled to be recorded on Saturday.

The Speaker has already conducted hearings on the petitions filed against Station Ghanpur MLA Kadiyam Srihari. The verdict in the Station Ghanpur MLA’s case has been reserved and is expected to be announced after the hearing in the Khairatabad MLA’s case on Saturday.
