Dhaba owner booked for selling liquor in Adilabad

An owner of a dhaba was booked for allegedly selling liquor violating norms at Bazarhathnoor mandal centre on Thursday.

Echoda Inspector Bandari Raju said that a case was registered against Chandrashekhar, the owner of Friends Dhaba located on the outskirts of



Bazarhathnoor village on Hyderabad-Nagpur NH 44 for trading alcohol to foodies flouting rules. Chandrashekhar was committing the offence when police raided his eatery, following a tip-off.

Police warned of stringent action against operators of dhabas who violate norms.
