Deputy CM Bhatti 'Students Future is State's Future'

Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka on Monday asserted that welfare schemes are not "freebies" but investments made by the government for its people. 

He strongly criticized those who, with half-baked understanding, label welfare initiatives as freebies. Just as governments invest in industries, infrastructure, and development projects, they also invest in the people—especially the poor, Dalits, backward communities, and all sections of society. Such investments, he said,



help citizens progress socially and economically.

He inaugurated the Centralized Community Kitchen in Madhira Assembly constituency, which will provide nutritious breakfast to students studying in government schools. 

Addressing a public meeting, he said that the Congress-led People's Government is committed to ensuring that no child in Telangana goes to school hungry. Bhatti emphasized that the future of students is the future of the state.
