Dense fog blankets Hyderabad city, visibility drops

Hyderabad woke up to a heavy cover of seasonal fog that is settling over the city and outskirts during early morning and late-night.

For the last 48 hours, people have been struggling to negotiate the thick blanket of early morning fog.

The most intense fog has been reported along major transit corridors, specifically



the Hyderabad–Vijayawada highway (LB Nagar to Choutuppal) and the Outer Ring Road (ORR).

According to reports. visibility dropped to below 50 meters in some of these areas. Districts such as Adilabad, Medchal, Sangareddy, and Vikarabad have also reported extensive foggy weather, delaying local transport and making highway commuting hazardous.
