A Dak Adalat to hear the complaints and grievances of public related to customers’ services of India Post only will be conducted through virtual mode (online) by the Chief Postmaster General, Telangana Circle, on December 29 at 11 am. 

The grievances related to staff matters, service matters and matters pending with courts concerned shall not be taken up in the Dak Adalat, according to a statement.

from Telangana State may be sent to Y Naresh, Assistant Postmaster General (CS), Office of the Chief Postmaster General, Telangana Circle, Hyderabad-500001 on or before December 22. 

The letters should be written neatly in an understandable manner and envelopes should be super-scribed with words "DAK ADALAT" on the outer cover invariably. 

Complainants are requested to intimate their mobile number, email id or address for communication along with their complaint invariably.
